Non-Refundable Tickets

All tickets purchased for Chersonissos Open Air events are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation by the customer, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the experience.

Ticket Resale Policy

Chersonissos Open Air reserves the right to resell any ticket purchased for entry to the festival if the ticket holder has not arrived by 6:30 PM on the event date. In the event of late arrival, we cannot guarantee entry or the availability of tickets for resale, and the original ticket holder may forfeit their reservation.

Weather Cancellations

In the event of adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control leading to the cancellation of a scheduled event, tickets will be automatically transferred to an alternative date or time. Chersonissos Open Air reserves the right to change the date of a scheduled event if we predict bad weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations or date changes.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a Chersonissos Open Air event, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the activity. Chersonissos Open Air shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. Participants attend at their own risk.

Ownership of Media Content

All photo and video content captured during Chersonissos Open Air events, including but not limited to images, videos, and live streams, are the sole property of Chersonissos Open Air. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you grant Chersonissos Open Air the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and distribute your likeness in any promotional or marketing materials on social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Trademark Ownership

Chersonissos Open Air owns the rights to the trademark "Chersonissos Open Air." Any unauthorized use of the trademark is strictly prohibited.

Website Ownership

Ticket Facility and Payment
